We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth initiatives, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue generation. Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and client segments.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research and Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaboration and Leadership
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and project management, to ensure client needs are met.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their professional growth and contribute to team success.
Proposal and Contract Management
Develop and present detailed proposals, RFPs, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with company objectives and client needs.
Performance Tracking and Reporting

Prepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership on business development activities.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of business development experience in the software development industry or related fields.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes, technologies, and industry trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.

Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
