Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth initiatives, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue generation. Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution

    • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's goals.

  2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

    • Generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.

    • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  3. Market Research and Analysis

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and stay ahead of the competition.

  4. Collaboration and Leadership

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and project management, to ensure client needs are met.

    • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their professional growth and contribute to team success.

  5. Proposal and Contract Management

    • Develop and present detailed proposals, RFPs, and contracts tailored to client requirements.

    • Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with company objectives and client needs.

  6. Performance Tracking and Reporting

    • Set and achieve revenue targets, KPIs, and business growth objectives.

    • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership on business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of business development experience in the software development industry or related fields.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes, technologies, and industry trends.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
