Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior B2B Marketing Executive to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement for our B2B products and services. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, content expertise, and performance marketing know-how. You’ll work closely with the sales, product, and leadership teams to develop and implement campaigns that resonate with key decision-makers, create demand, and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

*Strategy & Planning*

- Execute end-to-end B2B marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify key market segments, personas, and buyer journeys to tailor messaging and campaigns effectively.
- Create quarterly and annual marketing plans with measurable KPIs.

*Lead Generation & Demand Marketing*

- Drive lead generation through multichannel campaigns including digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Optimize marketing funnel performance, from awareness to conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment on target accounts (ABM strategies).

*Content & Communications*

- Lead the development of high-quality marketing assets including case studies, white papers, landing pages, product brochures, email campaigns, and thought leadership content.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.

*Digital Marketing*


- Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

*Events & Partnerships*

- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Identify and build partnerships to expand brand reach and co-marketing opportunities.

*Market & Competitor Intelligence*

- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or service industries.
- Strong experience in lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEM tools, and CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas, content strategy, and sales funnels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
