Overview

As Uniparticle continue to scale, we’re seeking a Mid-level Graphic Designer to take ownership of our evolving visual identities, from brand creation and development to ensuring ongoing consistency and excellence across all brand touch points. This role combines creativity, Identity, and execution. The designer will play a key role in shaping how both brands are visually perceived — leading Flow’s brand identity roll out and maintaining Uniparticle’s enterprise-grade visual standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve the brand identity systems for Uniparticle (enterprise digital solutions partner) & Our newly Launched SaaS.

  • Create presentation decks, brochures, and corporate materials that align with our enterprise positioning.

  • Ensure consistent brand application across all digital and physical materials — from campaigns and website assets to presentations and product visuals.

  • Create high-quality visual materials, including marketing collaterals, social media visuals, brand guides, and motion elements when required.

  • Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to translate strategy and positioning into strong, cohesive visual narratives.

  • Manage the creation and refinement of brand assets libraries, templates, and visual guidelines.

  • Support future creative partners or agencies in maintaining visual consistency and alignment with each brand’s positioning.

  • Ensure every design aligns with the broader company strategy and meets enterprise-grade quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Brand design, visual identity, or creative direction (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or tech-focused environments).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity creation, system thinking, and brand rollout work.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).

  • Strong understanding of brand architecture, color systems, typography, and scalable design frameworks.

  • Motion design or short-form video design skills are a strong plus.

  • Experience collaborating in multi-brand or fast-growth environments.

    Work Model

    • Hybrid: 3 days from office (Uniparticle HQ).

    This position will be instrumental in building and protecting the visual DNA of both Uniparticle and Flow, helping our brands scale with clarity, creativity, and consistency.
