Overview
We are seeking to hire a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Fintech and E-Commerce, specifically in leading large-scale, complex digital transformation projects. This role is critical to driving our product vision, ensuring delivery of innovative, secure, and scalable solutions, and aligning technology with business growth objectives. The candidate will be responsible for managing product strategy, roadmap definition, execution, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders. Given our portfolio and pipeline of mega-scale projects, we require a proven leader with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale fintech and e-commerce products.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management: requirements gathering, prioritization, execution, testing, and launch.
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, data, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Lead integrations with payment gateways, ERP/CRM platforms, e-commerce systems, and financial institutions.
Manage product performance through data-driven decision making, KPIs, and analytics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy standards in fintech and e-commerce markets.
Work directly with enterprise clients and partners to gather insights and validate product-market fit.
Anticipate market trends and competition to define long-term differentiation strategy.
Mentor and support junior product managers and contribute to product leadership culture.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in senior/lead roles.
Strong track record of delivering mega-scale projects in Fintech (payments, lending, digital banking, wallets, Loan Management Systems) and/or E-commerce (marketplaces, platforms, integrations).
Solid understanding of API-driven platforms, payment infrastructures, digital wallets, and financial systems.
Experience with Magento, Shopify, or custom-built commerce platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with regulatory environments (PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2, AML/KYC, local financial regulations).
