Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process for assigned web and mobile products, from discovery through final handoff.
Take ownership of complex UX challenges by conducting user research, competitor analysis, and translating insights into user-centered design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals and user needs.
Produce high-quality design deliverables with minimal supervision while following established design processes and UX best practices.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system, style guides, and UI standards.
Present design concepts, rationale, and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across assigned projects.
Support and mentor junior designers through design reviews, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and apply relevant improvements to design work.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
