The Loft Hair Club offers its clients a unique grooming experience delivered by a highly trained, professional team of hair experts in a sophisticated environment.
In this project, we developed a website and a mobile application that work as the business’s digital touchpoints with customers.


 

Through the platforms developed by Uniparticle, customers can book appointments, browse services, select suitable annual plans, and even choose beverages from The Loft menu to enjoy during their appointments.
The website and mobile application allow customers to pick the stylist they prefer based on previous reviews. They also allow them to leave their own reviews after receiving the desired services.


 

Custom reservation system has been developed to track customers appointments and enable admin to trace team slots availability.
